The FTCE Intensive General Knowledge Math course provides an in-depth review of essential math concepts needed to perform well on the General Knowledge Math Course. The course devotes one week to each of the four major competencies (number sense, geometry, algebraic thinking, statistics) thereby allowing students more time for conceptual understanding. This intensive course also provides students with instructional tools to engage in self-directed learning of course topics to which they might be lacking previous exposure.
