PBSC Email Change

Your PBSC email is changing — But not until Sunday, May 11

Students: You're switching from @my.palmbeachstate.edu to a shorter, easier @my.pbsc.edu email domain

Employees: You're switching from @pbsc.edu to @pbsc.edu email domain

What you need to know:

  • Starting Sunday evening, May 11, you will use your new email to log in! (username@my.pbsc.edu for students and @pbsc.edu for employees)
  • While your email address may be changing, your mailbox will stay the same.
    • You won’t lose any of your emails, contacts, or calendar items.
  • Emails sent to your old address will still reach you after the change.
  • If you access email on a phone, you may need to reauthenticate or remove the old @pbsc.edu account and add the new @pbsc.edu email address.

System Downtime

To complete the update, Workday, Canvas and other applications will be temporarily unavailable:

  • Offline: Friday, May 9 at 6:00 p.m.
  • Back Online: Sunday May 11 at 10:00 p.m.

Additional Items for Employees

  • Notify any external vendors, partners, or contacts of your new @pbsc.edu address.
  • Update your email signature block to reflect your new @pbsc.edu address.
  • If you have email forwarding or rules set up, verify that they are still functioning correctly with the new address.
