and Athletic Department vehicles for all campuses. Once you have determined the availability
of a vehicle, please complete the corresponding College Vehicle Reservation (CVR)
form below. The College Vehicle Usage Procedures outlines the process of reserving
vehicles and becoming authorized to drive College vehicles. The individual CVR forms
contain specific contact information.
