The budget office functions include planning, coordinating, preparing and implementing the College budget. The budget office serves the College by making funds available in departmental accounts that include personnel costs, current expense and capital expense
A budget training session is held for all new employees who have requested PantherNet access to budget in Fund 1, the College Operating Fund. When an employee is notified that
PantherNet access has been granted, the employee is instructed to contact the Budget
Office. [Network access or remote desktop needed] A training session is scheduled
A refresher class is offered to any employee who would like to review the PantherNet income and expense screens, budget transfer rules for Fund 1, and an introduction to SQL reporting.

If your PantherNet access is limited to the restricted accounts in Fund 2, please contact your Grants Accountant for training.
